ABOUT LADEGA ADEMOLA

Ademola Ladega who is the founder and managing partner of AOL Consult (a real estate firm) is a dynamic and enthusiastic professional Estate Surveyor and Valuer. He is registered with the board regulating the practice of Estate Surveyors in Nigeria (RSV) and also an Associate member of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (ANIVS) as well as a member of Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). He is also a fellow of the Institute of Management Consultant (FIMC) and registered with regulatory bodies in Nigeria as well. These professional and regulatory bodies are:

(AMCON).
He has participated in five International Conferences/Seminars in 2015, 2017, 2019, 2022 and 2024 held in Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia and United Kingdom respectively, to increase his knowledge and capacity about the valuation profession and also held different position including serving previously from September 2017 to June, 2020, as Director of Programs of the Faculty/Business Division of Plant & Equipment of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV).
Mr Ladega is a facilitator in training programmes and has published many articles as well as presenting a paper themed Impact of Technology on Infrastructure valuation in Nigeria during the NIESV 48th Annual Conference held in OYO State, 2018 and as well as the One-day training on Global Trends in Plant and equipment asset valuation, held on Thursday 21st November, 2019 in Lagos, Nigeria. He also presented a paper at the May, 2020 webinar of the faculty of plant and equipment themed surviving post COVID 19 pandemic era as professional Estate Surveyors and Valuers from business perspective, as well as at the March, 2022 webinar of the faculty of plant and equipment themed Fundamentals of Plant and Equipment valuation. His latest presentation to over 500 participants was at the January, 2025 Webinar organised by the Plant and Equipment Valuation professional Group, themed application of the valuation standard (IVS 2025) approved by the international valuation standards council (IVSC) to valuation reporting in Nigeria.
In July, 2020 Ademola was appointed as the secretary of the Plant and Equipment Valuation Faculty of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) a position he still holds till date.
