AOL Consult was founded by Ademola Ladega, after he spent nine (9) successful years in the Real Estate Advisory business with Ismail and Partners, (one of the leading firms of Chartered Surveyors and Real Estate Consultants in Nigeria) where he rose to become a Senior Associate and the Team Lead of the valuation department.
He is a licensed real estate valuer and a Certified/Chartered Management Consultant. Under his direction he has managed the day to day operations and marketing strategies for the valuation department in his previous employment.
Our organisation has been established as a real estate company in Lagos, Nigeria. Our key business model is based on the accomplishment of properties and assets in the real estate market in Nigeria.
In consonance with our business model, we provide Estate Agency Services, all types of Assets Valuation for all purposes, Property & Facilities Management, Property Development, Feasibility and Viability Appraisal and many more services.
Our Valuation services covers all types of Movable and fixed assets, among which include Tank Farms, Vessels, Dredgers, Power Plants, Heavy Duty Production and Processing Plants, filing Stations Tractors, Bulldozers, as well as other Plant. The valuation scope also extends to business valuation and intangible assets such as Goodwill.
The valuation reports prepared by our firm are in strict compliance with standards issued by Nigeria Valuation Standards (Green Book 2018) RICS Valuation – Global Standards 2024, the IVS International Valuation Standards, 2025, International Public Sector Accounting Standard IPSAS 17, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and IAS 40 Investment Property, all of which are fully endorsed by the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV).
