KING, OLAWUNMI RIDWAN is a Real Estate Surveyor with special interest in property valuation with other business management related experience spanning over Nine years in Nigeria. He is presently an Academic/Lecturing Staff, Dept. of Estate Management & Valuation in Lagos State polytechnic, having previously worked with the firms of Bola Onabadejo & Co and Paul Osaji & Co, where he held senior positions and head of the department.

He brings to AOL Consult his wealth of experience and knowledge in real estate and valuation specialization. He is an associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, and also a chartered surveyor
