Ladega Ademola – Team Lead

Ademola Ladega is a dynamic and enthusiastic professional Estate Surveyor and Valuer. He is registered with the board regulating the practice of Estate Surveyors in Nigeria (RSV) and also an Associate member of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (ANIVS) as well as a member of Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).  He is also a fellow of the Institute of Management Consultant (FIMC) and registered with regulatory bodies in Nigeria as well.

 

These professional and regulatory bodies are:

  • The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV);
  • Nigeria Institute of Management
  • Institute of Management Consultants
  • The Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON);and
  • The Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRC).

 

He has since become an established property valuer, having carried out series of valuation assignment across Nigeria in different sectors and his experience includes asset valuation of ASCOT Nigeria Limited (onshore and offshore), Gas/Filing Station Valuations (Total, Petrocam, Ascon oil etc) Various Tank Farms,(Lister Tank Farm, Optima Energy, Zenon Oil etc) Vessels and Marine Assets, (VLCC, AHTSV, Derrick Barges etc) Production and Processing Plants, (Lister Flower Mill, Lister Confectionery etc) Real Estate Assets of Egbin Power Station/Sahara Energy Power Resources,(Largest Thermal Station in West Africa) as well as other valuations for Asset Management Corporation of Nig. (AMCON).

 

He has participated in three international conferences in 2015, 2017 and 2019 held in Japan, Australia and New Zealand respectively, to increase his knowledge and capacity about the valuation profession and also held different position including serving presently from September 2017, as Director of Programs of the Faculty/Business Division of Plant & Equipment of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV).

 

Mr Ladega is a facilitator in training programmes and has published many articles as well as presenting a paper themed Impact of Technology on Infrastructure valuation in Nigeria during the NIESV 48th Annual Conference held in OYO State, 2018 and as well as the recently concluded One day training on Global Trends in Plant and equipment asset valuation, held on Thursday 21st November, 2019 in Lagos, Nigeria. He also presented a paper at the May, 2020 webinar of the faculty of plant and equipment themed surviving post COVID 19 pandemic era as professional Estate Surveyors and Valuers from business perspective.

 

His biggest and last assignment at Ismail and Partners was serving as the Project coordinator for (what is today the largest valuation in Nigeria) the Enumeration and Valuation of all properties in Lagos State for Land Use Charge 2018
